South Carolina

South Carolina is an efficiency that is slightly larger than New Jersey and Rhode Island. The main room has a double bed, two chairs, table with two chairs, and a closet. The kitchen area has a refrigerator, apartment-sized oven/stove, sink, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and cabinet space. The full bathroom includes a shower stall. There is a covered porch, a picnic table, and a private fire ring.

Maine

The main room in Maine has a Queen bed, lights and a table with two chairs. There is also a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, cabinets, sink, toaster, and coffee maker. There is a full bathroom with a shower stall.

Glamping Site

The glamping sites will have a canvas overlay with a raised platform as flooring. They each have an open-floor plan containing a queen-sized bed, a twin bunk, a changing partition, and a couch. No linens. Fully furnished with a table and chairs, as well as a kitchen prep table. There are electrical outlets available with a water spigot. Each glamping site porch will come with two rocking chairs.

Regular Tent or 30 AMP RV Hook Up Site

These regular tent sites come the capability to book as a 30AMP RV Hook-Up. With space for tent(s), including electrical outlets and water spigots. They also come with access to a picnic table and a fire ring.

Primitive Cabin

Each cabin will have two rooms: One room with 2 sets of bunk beds, and the main room with a sitting table and chairs. This will also include a sleeper sofa. There are various electrical outlets throughout the cabin. While there is no internal plumbing or linens, there is access to a fire ring, picnic table and water spigot outside.

Ohio

Ohio consists of the main living room with a full dining room area and kitchen, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom.
